Room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Convenient location for exploring the city on foot. Friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to assist us.
The decor in some areas looked dated and could use a refresh. Some staff, particularly one woman, seemed unhappy and not very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, remembering our faces and room number by the second day. The room was big, clean and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast which the staff kindly served to our table. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a small night market where we had some of the best local food.
Nothing for me.

Our New Year stay was great! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the fact that there was a jacuzzi in our room and the breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of variations daily. , the nearby supermarkets, eateries, and night market were a big plus.
We wished they had better customer service and updated facilities. The staff wasn't very accommodating and the room had a damp smell.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Taipei and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the room size and amenities provided. The attention to detail was commendable, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the hotel's location in a local area, which had a nostalgic charm and was close to a small night market where I enjoyed delicious local food. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a MRT station, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great area with easy access to public transportation, including a nearby metro station. Guests can also explore the small night market with fantastic local food stalls. the room is spacious and comes equipped with a study table, dresser, LED TV, and surprisingly comfortable bedding. the staffs are very welcoming and provide excellent service, even topping up complementary drinks, coffee, tea, and snacks each day. the well, appointed bathroom even includes a huge functioning Jacuzzi tub and full bath amenities.
The room's decor is slightly outdated, with a cheesy love, themed decoration and the bathroom's walk, in shower area lacks enough space to put bath amenities.
